FTC保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)是(shi)(shi)新型的無(wu)(wu)機(ji)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)蓄(xu)能(neng)(neng)節能(neng)(neng)材(cai)料(liao)(liao),簡稱FTC,達到A級防火保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)材(cai)料(liao)(liao),由多種無(wu)(wu)機(ji)非金屬(shu)合纖(xian)(xian)維礦(kuang)物(wu)質,經(jing)精選細化(hua)(hua)深度(du)加工(gong)并輔以多種無(wu)(wu)機(ji)化(hua)(hua)學添(tian)加劑及相變蓄(xu)能(neng)(neng)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)科學配比(bi)而(er)成(cheng)。外觀成(cheng)粉末(mo)纖(xian)(xian)維散狀,不結塊(kuai),現場直接(jie)加水(shui)(shui)攪拌成(cheng)膏狀體(ti),抹(mo)于墻(qiang)體(ti)表面(mian)上(shang)密封整體(ti),隨物(wu)成(cheng)型。 由于所選用(yong)(yong)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)全部是(shi)(shi)天然無(wu)(wu)機(ji)礦(kuang)物(wu)質,其獨(du)特的物(wu)化(hua)(hua)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)非常穩(wen)定,是(shi)(shi)有機(ji)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)無(wu)(wu)法比(bi)擬(ni)的。該保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)用(yong)(yong)于墻(qiang)體(ti)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen),不但大(da)大(da)提高(gao)墻(qiang)體(ti)的保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)阻熱性(xing)能(neng)(neng),而(er)且成(cheng)本低(di),施工(gong)程序同常規瓦工(gong)抹(mo)水(shui)(shui)泥沙漿(jiang)工(gong)法一樣方(fang)便(bian)快捷(jie)。不但節省了抹(mo)墻(qiang)體(ti)內(nei)外兩側水(shui)(shui)泥砂(sha)漿(jiang)的原(yuan)料(liao)(liao)費用(yong)(yong),還(huan)能(neng)(neng)大(da)大(da)降低(di)工(gong)程造(zao)價,從而(er)又能(neng)(neng)達到國(guo)(guo)家的民用(yong)(yong)建筑節能(neng)(neng)65%標準要求(qiu)。我國(guo)(guo)東(dong)北高(gao)寒地區采用(yong)(yong)內(nei)外加強性(xing)的保(bao)守保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)設計施工(gong)方(fang)法,值得借鑒(jian)和推廣。
FTC自調(diao)溫(wen)相變保(bao)溫(wen)材(cai)料的一個民間的簡稱,并沒(mei)有用作相變保(bao)溫(wen)材(cai)料的縮(suo)寫,也沒(mei)有獲(huo)得學(xue)術(shu)界命名認可。
簡(jian)單說就是(shi)把具有一(yi)定(ding)相(xiang)變能力(li)的材料(liao)(簡(jian)稱PCM)通過某種方法,使其進入(ru)到多孔(kong)的基材中(zhong)(zhong),利用基材多孔(kong)的超大比表(biao)面積吸(xi)附固(gu)定(ding)住PCM材料(liao)。然(ran)后將固(gu)定(ding)了PCM材料(liao)的基材摻入(ru)保溫(wen)砂漿中(zhong)(zhong),以實現一(yi)定(ding)范圍(wei)內的調溫(wen)。
ftc變(bian)相(xiang)(xiang)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)材(cai)料(liao)又(you)稱ftc保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)砂漿。該材(cai)料(liao)是以玻化微珠顆粒、漂珠、水鎂石纖(xian)維等為骨(gu)料(liao),利用特殊相(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)材(cai)料(liao)不(bu)同溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度相(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)點的二元相(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)儲能機(ji)理,突破(po)了傳統保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)材(cai)料(liao)的單一(yi)熱(re)阻(zu)性,兼有熱(re)熔和熱(re)阻(zu)性的雙(shuang)項功能。然后(hou)將這些骨(gu)料(liao)摻入到相(xiang)(xiang)應的保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)膠粉(fen)料(liao)當(dang)中(zhong),組(zu)成ftc保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)漿料(liao),涂抹施工到保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)墻面,形成保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)層,從而以實(shi)現一(yi)定(ding)范圍內的調溫(wen)(wen)(wen)。該材(cai)料(liao)屬于A級不(bu)燃保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)材(cai)料(liao),符(fu)合各類建筑防火要求。
適用范圍
FTC相變保(bao)(bao)溫材料適用于(yu)工(gong)業與民用建筑(zhu)、各類建筑(zhu)的外墻外保(bao)(bao)溫(涂(tu)料或貼裝等(deng)飾面);外墻內保(bao)(bao)溫;分戶(hu)隔墻、吊(diao)頂、樓梯間(jian)、屋面、頂棚等(deng)需要隔聲(sheng)、保(bao)(bao)溫隔熱的部位。
